Dry Brush & Flowers

Hi loves,
Hope you're all doing great!
Today I have a super cute bit of art to share, I really love this one! Isn't it wonderful where you find inspiration, today's art is from a birthday card I recieved from the hubs, it had this gorgeous print on it which I just had to recreate.

I went with a dry brush look for the base, it is super light and barely visible so enjoy the macro shots for that :)
I used Barry M Gelly Lychee and dry brushed - OPI Did You 'Ear About Van Gogh?, Barry M Matt White and Jacava Vanilla Slice.

For the flower art I used dark and light pinks and white for a touch of highlight.

I absolutely adore the finished look, it isn't perfect but being not makes it just right. I love painting with no real need to be total perfection for it to look good & IMO I am super happy with the finished mani :)

Where have you found inspiration from recently? Anywhere strange?

  1. That mani is gorgeous. Quick question what is dry brushing?

  2. The flowers are so detailed - really very beautiful! At first glance I thought maybe it was a decal

Id love it if you left me a comment so I can read what you think. :)

I do allow you to leave me links to your blog but please dont spam.
