Second post for tonight loves, I have had a manic week & a few blogger parcels arrive. I am busy scheduling them out through this week & possibly next.
I originally wanted the black as most of my work is done with black arylic paints, but it was out of stock :( so I chose the second safest option - white.
I knew exackly what I wanted to do with it! Inner child ;)
I was surprised at how well this worked - the nib looked quite huge to do small lines, but after having a go it actually isn't.
I initially thought this pen would work better on matte nails than shiny... which is right, but after testing I noticed on shiny nails you are able to wipe away any mistakes made with water, on matte nails you can't. The pen does glide better on matte, not a huge difference to working on shiny. Just personal preference.
I also noticed the pen does patch as I go along, where it is quite watery (nooo not to the point it will run lol).. It sort of builds up where you finish the end of a line for instance, but with that it is easily fixable by going over again when the first coat is dry.
I love this pen! Would I recommend it? Yes! Without a doubt. It is the perfect tool for any new nail artists or even more experienced ones.
As I said above, I knew exackly what I wanted to do! Chalkboard nailssss :P
I have been wanting to do these foreverrrrrrr, perfect excuse!
I actually love the turn out on them, they really do remind me of back in the young days lol.
At first I was going to add colour but I just love them black & white.
I also finally uploaded to Youtube!! I thought these would be a great thing for all new nail artists :)
