Born Pretty Store Pink Flocking Velvet Powder Review ;)

Oooooo fuzzy fuzzy !
I was so curious about this flocking powder nails jazz, after it being a craze at one point!
Anything with a texture I am always a curious bunny ;)
Born Pretty Store sent me this Velvet Flocking Powder set to try out yaaay! I have been staring at it for the past few days thinking.. 'This is going to be hard!' LOL!
I was surprised at just how easy it is to do :O!

I decided on the Hot Pink one but they have a huge selection of other colours. Oooo imagine a flocking powder rainbow :O has it been done yet? Now I am even more curious LOL :O!!

Anywhoooo I chose to layer my flocking powder over Sinful Colors Folly, now these are not a perfect match, but I am trying to get my untrieds down & she was the closest ;)
On my ring finger I used W7 Black as the base - for the hearts again I used Sinful Colors Folly before applying the flocking powder.

It is a very easy process - I done one layer of SC Folly - allowed to be touch dry & then applied a second layer of SC Folly, as soon as I had finished painting I begun with the flocking powder, Born Pretty Store had sent a tweezer & brush in this kit. Which made the process of picking the flocking powder up alot easier.
I highly recommend putting paper underneath you due to flocking powder falling & it is easier to save any that you have not used.

I really enjoyed this and loved the feel of it on my nails, it does not have any fall out after its all settled which was great. I even rubbed on my nails a few times & it was all fine.

This set is priced at $7.99 & you can buy this color HERE

You can also get 10% off your entire order by using the code in the photo below - this can be used for absolutely anything on the Born Pretty Store site :)
They also offer FREE worldwide shipping :O;)

Hope you have enjoyed this post

  2. I wish my experience had been like yours! haha
I sneezed a lot while doing it - guess the fluffy thing had a preference for my nose, instead of for my nails ;)
It does make for a cute look, no doubt :)
I love the accent nail you did! **
